It was amazing. We got the rib sandwich . My husband and I both loved it. I did get mine woth theory pasta salad. Now that is something I recommend . It was delsih. Anytime we go back I will be getting that as my side. I recommend this place to everyone. Service was awesome also.
Our first time visiting this place. Got the bacon jam burger (if was the special of the week) and fried chicken sandwich both with fries. Both were delicious. Would get again. The place is a converted service station (I remember the station). Inside and outside dining. Great atmosphere. Will go back again.
First experience here and the beer was cold and the food was absolutely delicious! Toddler approved (cheese pizza and french fries were a HIT) and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming! The pizza has the perfect amount of sauce and toppings on top of a crispy crust and the wings were incredibly flavorful! Will absolutely be back!
The atmosphere at The Cavalier is pretty awesome for a group of friends or family. The pizza and variety of salads are delicious! The burger is very good and large enough to share. We have also enjoyed the wings. Looking forward to my next visit!
We stumbled on this place by a Tik Tok recommendation for best smash burger etc. This is an old gas station made into such an adorable restaurant. Small simple menu with burgers, pizza, salads etc. Prices were reasonable and portions were huge! Smash burger was one of the best we had with the patties being seasoned unbelievably good! Caesar with grilled chicken was AMAZING with warm grilled chicken and home made croutons served in a big metal bowl. Top notch ! They have a huge outdoor patio with umbrellas and is tucked away in an adorable area of Wilson. Service was super quick. Hidden gem for sure ! Run, don’t walk!! 12/10!
The rib sandwich was AMAZING. I was skeptical about the pickles being on it, but it honestly added a great southern BBQ taste to it that it would have lacked otherwise. The pasta salad complimented it well, too!
Solid all around. Great service and food. Great vibe with good tunes in the background. Santi was quick and attentive. Look forward to returning soon.

We recently dined at Cavalier for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and stylish, making it a great spot for everything from date nights to casual catch-ups. For dinner, my fiancé ordered the rib sandwich, and honestly, I had a serious case of food envy. It was packed with flavor and incredibly tender. I opted for the Margherita pizza, which was simple yet executed perfectly fresh, well balanced, and quite delicious. I also tried the espresso old fashioned. While it was an interesting twist on a classic, it didn’t quite suit my personal taste. That said, the drink menu is intriguing, and I’m looking forward to exploring some of their other cocktails on our next visit. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Cavalier to others. We’re already looking forward to coming back Sorry for the pic of empty plates lol
Very great restaurant, food was delicious , came out quickly. Good service, very friendly staff and attentive. We like to sit outside, but on the weekends the outside area fills up quickly and there may be a short wait. Inside seating is ok, but a bit noisy and crowded. Homemade pizza , salads, and burgers were delicious.
